Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be handled the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is: 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Stay updated on your gear's journey. Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Byte Shop is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Tech Packages

Tech products are sensitive. If your package arrives damaged or seems to have been tampered with:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to change your order, please email us immediately. Once an order has entered the Processing or Shipping stage, we may not be able to make changes.
