30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or return.

Return Eligibility (Tech Products)

To qualify for a return, your tech item must meet the following strict conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The original manufacturer’s seal must be intact (for boxed electronics).
The item must be in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation).

Note: Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, installation, or if the original packaging is damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Tech products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or does not power on, contact us at support@byteshop.shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide a priority replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Software, digital licenses, or activated products.
Customized hardware configurations.
Items with missing serial numbers or tampered warranty stickers.
Sale/Clearance items.

The fastest way to get a different model or technical specification is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Since we operate within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the tech item remains in its original, brand-new condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your device, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
